| EXTRA | Forwarding Charges will be extra at actual for part load deliveries./ if you choose “shipping “ then our responsibility will be only till loading the vehicle , the in transit responsibility will come under customers scope, even insurance to be taken by the customer themselves. |

PAYMENTS TERM |
| AS MENTONED IN YOUR ORDER |
| Interest @2.5% extra will be charged per month in cases of delayed payments as per terms & In erection delay due to site problems if any from your side. |
| Interest @2.5% p.m. | Any dispute in fulfilling the payment the customer shall be liable to pay the interest as mentioned above, failing to do so the legal action shall be taken on them Also if the material that is ready for despatch & is not picked up by the customer on time then the Dammarane / rent of the occupied area shall be chargeable @ Rs.50/- per sqft per month and the customer will have to clear the said payment before picking up the material. If the customer delays in the payment of the rent charged then the interest of 2.5% extra per month additional will be charged on the due rent amount also. |

| IMPORTANT | This will be mandatory to issue an ORDER ACCEPTANCE since any Techno-commercially clear order once issued will be considered as full & final confirmation at our end & thereby proceedings will be done. Also for before commencing erection activity an PRE-INSPECTION of site as well an COMPLETION CHECK LIST will require an acknowledgement from customers side authority. {Any change in Technical aspects of order & Importantly Colour etc will be considered as fresh order supported with Revised Offer, thereby will also get followed with an revised delivery date.} |

NOTE : WE DO NOT TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY TOWARDS THE CHOSEN INSTALLER , WE ARE JUST PROVIDING YOU THE CONTACT FOR YOUR CONVINIENCE , THE DEALING DONE WITH THEM WILL BE DIRECTLY BETWEEN THE CUSTOMER AND THE INSTALLER AND RACKOBEN SHALL NOT BE INVOLVED OR RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DISPUTE. |

CANCELLATION OF ORDER |
| EXTRA | CANCELLATION OF THE ORDER CAN BE DONE WITHIN 24 HOURS OF PLACING THE ORDER AFTER THAT THE ORDER SHALL BE CONSIDERED AS CONFIRMED AND THE CUSTOMER SHALL BE LIABLE TO PAY THE AMOUNT OF THE SAIUD ORDER
IF THE PRODUCT ORDERED IS NOT AS PER THE ORDER THEN THE CUSTOMER HAS THE RIGHT TO CANCELL THE ORDER |
