Also, these products undergo pre-treatment at a seven stage process plant, phosphated and further coated with a super bake enamel paint for imparting durability, corrosion resistance and scratch-proof attributes. These are Half Hard type and have a tensile strength of 24 kg/mm2. The nuts, bolts and washers supplied with these are also electro-galvanized to meet IS: 3655-199 standards
